The birth of
O.S.P YAMATO enables anglers to fish in a variety
of situations. It works as topwater plug (which
features a very strong appeal), as a flashing
jerkbait,(which moves in an 'S' like fashion)
and as a swimbait. Indeed YAMATO has reinvented
the concept of pencil popper and established
new genre in surface-use multi action baits.
Sidecup
Normally a pencil popper has only one cup in front, but YAMATO equipped it's
yamoto with front cups on both sides. Couple these new front sidecups
with a reformed bottom lip gives the yamoto the obvious advantage. When "walking
the dog", it winds through the water in a semicircle movement, which
increases the splashing and popping action.
High
Appeal
A "popping" sound occurs due to the redesigned front section. It pushes
up in the water and strongly agitates. It also displays a strong roll & dive
action, especially when used at high speeds.
Centre
Board
The centre board works as rudder, controling currents effectively. The board
plays an important role in enlarging turn angles, increasing the splash rate,
and assisting in the stability of retrievial.
Diving
Eye With gradual
rod work on the water surface the
lure attracts bass due to it's strong
flash appeal. The second eye enables
the angler to choose the action of
